Before you write
Check that you have a working connection and that Sirat is up to date. If a saved plan no longer opens, it may have reached its seven-day expiry or been deleted.
What to include
Include the app version, your iOS version, the approximate time of the problem and the wording of any warning or error. A screenshot is useful only after you remove place labels, coordinates, plan links and other journey details.
What not to include
Do not email your origin, destination, route coordinates, API key, GPX file or a complete plan response. We will not ask for your API key.
Prayer-time or mosque corrections
Tell us the mosque name, prayer and calendar date, plus a public source for the corrected time when one is available. Do not include your journey.
Privacy and deletion
The app can delete a retained plan. If deletion appears to fail, contact support@sirat.uk with the approximate time and app version, but do not paste the plan link or identifier into the email.
